Who Is Responsible for What?

Typically, your condo association is only responsible for the structure. You are responsible for all interior fixtures and construction. This can include flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, drywall, and so on.

You are also responsible for your personal property. This is for a loss or damage to your personal items. We recommend that you calculate what it would cost to replace all your personal belongings inside the unit and insure for replacement cost (what it costs to replace those items).
