The in-house claims specialist position was born from a vision directly from Ted Todd. He identified a gap in the mediation process when it came to getting insurance claims resolved to the satisfaction of the insurance company and the insured. Rather than customers having to pay for third party mediation, or leave the insurance company, he realized that there should be an in-house person dedicated to acting on the client’s behalf.
When Danette Stiggleman, an Allstate and Florida insurance claims expert for over 20 years, came available, he knew instantly that she would be the perfect person for the position.

Good afternoon Mr. Ted Todd,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for having such an exceptional employee working for your company. Danette Stiggleman saved us from walking away from Allstate. She has resolved an unfortunate situation that occurred with a claim of ours that happened back on November 15th, 2011 with another Allstate policy holder. I got no assistance whatsoever from the central claims department and had been told that the claim was already reviewed and decided on and that there were only going to pay 50% without any representation for me from Allstate.
