Betsy Opyt officially kicked off the new Wellness Program for Ted Todd’s team on Saturday, October 16, 2010. She started off by recording the measurements and weight of each employee, and providing nutritional counseling. The annual Wellness Program will include individual and group wellness coaching, 5K runs, fitness classes, fun, yet competitive weight loss competitions, and monthly e-newsletters that provide healthy recipes, nutritional facts, and coaching support.
